CRM & PORTAL · BUSINESS AND ENTERPRISE

Your customers order. You manage. Everything else is automated.

Dealer portals, order management, inventory, GST invoicing and payment collection — configured for your trade, running on the dashboard you already use for your website.

How it works — from first login to delivery

Six steps. You do the first one once; after that the only ones that need you are approval and dispatch.

1
🎛️

Enable the CRM

Pick your industry preset in the dashboard. Labels, fields and the order stages configure themselves — dealers for a manufacturer, patients for a clinic, guests for a restaurant — and you confirm or change any of it before anything goes live.

2
🪪

Your customers sign up

Dealers, contractors and customers register on your own website, not on somebody else’s app. Partner accounts wait for your approval; a restaurant can take orders from a table with no account at all.

3
🛒

They browse and order

Your catalogue at whatever prices apply to that account — a dealer on a negotiated tier sees their own rates on the page and on the invoice. Restaurants get a QR code per table instead.

4

You approve and process

Every order arrives in one list, already priced. Approve, reject or move it along your own stages. Stock is reserved the moment the order is placed, so you cannot oversell, and low-stock alerts reach you on Telegram.

5
🧾

Invoice and collect

Raise a GST invoice in one click, with CGST and SGST or IGST decided from your registration state and your buyer’s. Collect online through your own Razorpay account, or log a cash, UPI or bank transfer against the invoice by hand.

6
🚚

Ship and track

Add the carrier and the tracking number and your customer follows it from the portal instead of phoning you. Confirm delivery to close the order; a return afterwards gets its own approval and its own credit note.

Everything built in — no extra software

Six things that would otherwise be six subscriptions. None of them is an add-on, an integration or a plugin.

⭐ Business+

Dealer & customer portal

Your customers get their own login on your website — your address, your branding, not a third-party app they have to be talked into downloading. They browse, order, track and download invoices without picking up the phone.

📦
⭐ Business+

Order management

From placement to delivery confirmation, through stages you name yourself, with an audit trail behind every change. The same engine runs orders for a manufacturer, appointments for a clinic and enrollments for an institute.

🏷️
⭐ Business+

Inventory tracking

Live stock, reserved the moment an order is placed so two customers cannot buy the last one. Low-stock alerts on Telegram, and a movement trail behind every adjustment.

🧮
⭐ Business+

GST invoicing

Tax invoices with the CGST/SGST or IGST split worked out from your registration state and your buyer’s, and stored on the document so a later correction cannot rewrite what you already filed. Proforma invoices, credit notes and delivery challans too.

💰
⭐ Business+

Payment collection

Connect your own Razorpay account and your customers pay you directly, into your own bank — BrandRafter is never in the money path. Cash, UPI and bank transfers get logged alongside, and part payments are tracked against the balance.

📄
⭐ Business+

Quotations

Send a quote, let the customer accept it in the portal, then convert it to an order with the prices you quoted locked in. A catalogue that moved afterwards cannot reprice a quote you already sent.

One system. Every industry.

The same CRM runs a steel manufacturer’s dealer orders and a restaurant’s table-side QR ordering. The labels change, the stages change, the fields change — the engine underneath is identical, which is why none of it is priced as a separate module. Manufacturing calls it an Order. Healthcare calls it an Appointment. Education calls it an Enrollment. A law firm calls it a Matter. There are twelve presets and nothing on screen says "order" unless your trade does.

The operations layer underneath

What you need when customers buy on terms rather than on a card. All of it is on Business — Enterprise raises the caps, not the feature set.

🏷
⭐ Business+

Customer-specific pricing

Price lists per dealer tier, so your best customers see their own prices on the catalogue page and on the invoice. Percentage or fixed adjustments, per product or across the whole list.

🤝
⭐ Business+

Credit terms & limits

Net 30 and Net 60 for dealers who buy on account, a credit limit each, and the outstanding balance tracked against both.

↩️
⭐ Business+

Returns & credit notes

A return is its own transaction with its own approval, not an order status — so the delivery date the whole flow is measured from survives it. Stock goes back on approval and the credit note is pro-rated by value.

👥
⭐ Business+

Staff accounts

Give a clerk a login that reaches the CRM and nothing else — they can enter and price orders against your catalogue but cannot edit your website. Ten on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.

Questions, answered

How long does it take to set up?

A few minutes. Choose your industry, review the preset labels, fields and order stages, and activate. Your portal appears on your site at your next publish — there is nothing to install and nothing to connect.

Can my dealers order from their phone?

Yes. The portal is part of your website, so it works on whatever they already have. They sign in, browse your catalogue at their own prices, place an order and track the delivery from any device.

Do I need to learn a new system?

No. The CRM is a section in the same dashboard you use to edit your website. Orders, stock, quotations, invoices and your customer accounts are all in there, and your website is still one click away.

What about customers who will never use a portal?

Enter their orders yourself. A phone order, a walk-in or an order that arrived by WhatsApp goes in from the dashboard and then runs through exactly the same pricing, approval, stock and invoicing flow as one placed online.

Is my customers’ data secure?

Every tenant’s data is isolated, and the portal is a separate authentication system from the builder — a portal session is not a login to your dashboard and cannot become one. Your payment gateway keys are encrypted at rest and there is no screen anywhere that will show them back to you.

Which plan do I need?

Business or Enterprise. The complete feature set is on Business; Enterprise removes the caps — unlimited portal logins, staff accounts and monthly orders — and adds GEO for AI answer engines. Creator and Starter do not include the CRM.
