What you pay others for — never through us
BrandRafter never takes a commission on your sales. These services are yours, on your own accounts.
Sending email
Enquiry and order emails go out from your own email account. Most providers start free — Gmail sends about 500 a day.
Telegram alerts
Free. Alerts come from your own Telegram bot, set up in two minutes.
Online payments
Razorpay charges its own fee, about 2% a payment. The money goes straight to your bank account.
Delivery
ShipRocket or India Post charge per parcel, on your own account. You decide what the customer pays.
Your domain
Bought from any registrar you like and renewed with them. We set up the security certificate free.
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with your number — free. The WhatsApp Business API is not included.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, any time from Billing. It starts straight away, and the unused part of your month is taken off the price.
Can I move to a bigger plan?
Yes, any time. The new plan starts straight away, and the unused part of your current plan is taken off the price.
Can I move to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly?
Yes, at your next renewal. Write to us before your renewal date and we will move you then.
What if I need more products than my plan allows?
Add products in blocks of 25 for ₹25 a block, from Billing. They stay on your plan for good.
What happens when my storage is full?
Your site keeps working as it is. New uploads wait until you delete files you no longer need or move to a bigger plan. Pictures are made smaller when you upload them, so space goes further.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added on the invoice.
What happens after the first year?
Your price drops to the lower year-two rate shown on your plan, automatically, with everything kept.
