Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for BrandRafter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and we will notify you of significant changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use BrandRafter. You may only create a site for a real business or organisation that you own or are authorised to represent. The details you give us at signup — your business name, contact details and the content you publish — must be accurate and must describe a genuine business.

Use of Service

BrandRafter lets you build and publish a website for your business. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to publish content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Account Review

Every new BrandRafter site is reviewed before it becomes publicly accessible. During the review your site is live but protected by a preview password, which we email to you as soon as you verify your address — you can build, publish and share the site with anyone you give the password to. We aim to complete every review within 24 hours. If we approve your site the password protection is removed automatically. If we cannot approve it we will tell you why, and you may reply to that email to ask us to look again.

Prohibited Content

You may not use BrandRafter to publish or promote: fraudulent, deceptive or misleading offers; investment, trading or "guaranteed returns" schemes; multi-level marketing, chain or pyramid schemes; lotteries or gambling where prohibited; adult or sexually explicit material; content that infringes copyright or trademarks; malware, phishing pages or content designed to deceive visitors; hate speech, harassment or content that incites violence; and anything unlawful under Indian law. We may suspend a site that breaches this section without prior notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately on WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content, Your Responsibility

You own everything you publish through BrandRafter and you are solely responsible for it — including its accuracy, any claims it makes, any certifications or credentials it displays, and its compliance with the laws that apply to your business. BrandRafter is an intermediary that hosts and publishes what you create; we do not verify your claims and we do not endorse them. If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you published, you agree to indemnify us against it.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Trials require no payment upfront. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at brandrafter.com/refund-policy.

Taxes

All plan prices shown on this website are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST at 18% is added to your invoice. For Indian clients this is charged as CGST + SGST where you are in the same state as us (Gujarat), or as IGST where you are in another state. For international clients the service is a zero-rated export of service and no GST is charged. A GST invoice is available to download from your billing page.

Third-Party Services

Some features use services you sign up for and pay for yourself, on your own accounts: your email provider for sending email, Telegram for alerts, your payment provider (such as Razorpay) for taking payments, your courier (such as ShipRocket or India Post) for deliveries, and your domain registrar for your domain. Their fees are charged by them under their own terms. Payments go straight from your customer to your bank account, and BrandRafter never takes a commission on your sales.

Site Suspension for Non-Payment

If a subscription invoice remains unpaid after your trial period ends: builder access is restricted immediately; your website remains live for 21 days; reminder emails are sent at 7 and 14 days; after 21 days your website is taken offline and visitors see a "temporarily unavailable" notice. Nothing is deleted at any stage — your pages, content and leads are preserved, your site is restored immediately upon payment, and your data is retained for 60 days after suspension.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on your website. BrandRafter retains ownership of the platform, modules, templates and underlying technology that power your site.

Limitation of Liability

BrandRafter is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep your website online and secure, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Suspension and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time with no questions asked. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms — immediately and without prior notice where the breach involves fraud, deception or unlawful content, and otherwise with notice and an opportunity to put it right. Suspension takes your site offline; it does not delete your content, and we will restore a site if the issue is resolved. On termination you may ask us for a copy of your content before it is deleted.

Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints about content published on BrandRafter or about our handling of your data may be sent to our Grievance Officer, Vishal Bhingradiya, at grievance@brandrafter.com, or by post to Beyondsy Solutions, 311 — Shangri La Arcade, Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India. Our working hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. To file a complaint about a site we host, use the form at brandrafter.com/report-abuse. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter directly — write to us at hello@brandrafter.com and we will respond within 15 days.
