Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number and business details — when you sign up, contact us, or use our Get Started form. We also collect basic usage data, like which pages you visit and how you interact with our site, to help us improve BrandRafter.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our service, respond to your enquiries, send you important updates about your account, and — if you opt in — share tips on growing your business online. We never sell your information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices, including access controls and regular backups, to keep your information safe.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how visitors use our website through basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of BrandRafter may not work as well without them.

Third Party Services

We share only what each provider needs to do its job. Our sub-processors are: Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Hostinger (server hosting, Mumbai region), and Telegram (internal operational alerts). Website analytics are collected by our own platform on our own infrastructure — we do not send your visitors to a third-party analytics service by default.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your account and website data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal information and your published site within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records longer — invoices and payment records are retained for eight years as required by Indian tax law. Backups are rotated and any residual copy is removed within 90 days.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@brandrafter.com and we will action your request within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer below.
