Do I need to know coding or design?
No. You pick a design, answer a few questions about your business and edit by clicking on what you want to change.
How long does it take?
Most businesses publish the same day. Adding your own products and photos can be done over a few evenings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day trial, and you do not need a card to begin.
What do I need to start?
Your business name, what you do, and a few photos. A logo helps but is not required.

Can I change colours, fonts and sections later?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Your site updates when you publish.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Connect a domain you already own; we set up the security certificate for you. You also get a free brandrafter.com address.
Will my site work on phones?
Yes. Every design is made for phones, tablets and computers.
Will people find me on Google?
Page titles, descriptions and a sitemap are set up for every page, and connecting Google Search Console is one field in settings.
Enquiries, dealers and selling
What reaches you, and how you get paid.
How do I hear about a new enquiry?
Enquiries land in your dashboard inbox, and come to your email from your own address. Telegram alerts reach your phone the moment a form is sent.
Can my dealers order online?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise. Dealers sign in on your site, see their own prices and place orders you approve.
Can I sell to the public with a cart and checkout?
Yes, on Enterprise — with online payment into your own account, cash on delivery and courier rates by PIN code.
Do you take a share of my sales?
No. BrandRafter never takes a commission. Your payment provider charges its own fee.
Plans and billing
Prices, switching and the second year.
Can I move to a bigger plan?
Yes, any time from Billing. It starts straight away and the unused part of your plan is taken off the price.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes, at your next renewal. Write to us before your renewal date and we will move you then.
Does the price change after the first year?
Yes — it drops. After twelve paid months your plan moves to a lower yearly price, with everything kept.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added on the invoice.
