Anyone who signs up through your link — or types your code — gets 5% off their first payment, and is attributed to you for 30 days from the click.

Starter — 18%
Where everyone begins. 18% of every payment for the first 12 months from each client, 10% for as long as they stay.

10 active clients OR ₹5,000/mo in revenue from your referrals. 20% for the first 12 months, 11% ongoing.

25 active clients OR ₹15,000/mo in revenue from your referrals. 22% for the first 12 months, 12% ongoing.

Questions, answered
When exactly do I get paid?
A commission is created the moment a referred client's payment settles. It then sits in a 30-day hold — the window in which a payment can be reversed or refunded — and becomes withdrawable after that. We settle monthly. Your first payout unlocks once you have 3 paying referrals and ₹2,000 of cleared balance; after that the minimum drops to ₹500.
Why is there a 30-day hold?
Because a payment can be refunded or charged back inside that window. Paying a commission on money that then goes back out would mean asking you to return it, which is worse for both of us than waiting. The hold is on every commission, for everyone, and your dashboard shows the exact date each one clears.
What counts as a payment?
Any plan payment from a client you referred — their first invoice and every renewal after it. Commission is calculated on the plan price before GST, on what the client actually paid after their referral discount. It does not apply to add-ons, product credits, or anything bought during a free trial (there is no payment to earn on).
What happens if my referred client cancels?
The commission simply stops with their last payment. There is no clawback of anything you have already earned.
Can I refer myself, or my own business?
No. We cross-check the email address and the sign-up location on every referral, and self-referrals are marked invalid — they earn nothing and grant no discount. Bulk sign-up patterns are flagged for a human to look at. If you want BrandRafter for your own business, just buy it.
Do I need to pay tax on this?
Affiliate commission is income. Where your total earnings from us in an Indian financial year (April to March) exceed ₹5,000, we deduct 10% TDS under Section 194H at payout time and deposit it against your PAN — so we need your PAN before you cross that threshold. Outside India you handle your own tax and payout is arranged individually.
Can I see my referred clients' details?
You see their business name, their site address, their plan, when they signed up, and what you have earned from them. You do not see their personal email or phone, their billing details, their site content or their leads. They are our customer; the relationship you are paid for is the introduction.
